•Community technology training area – 630 square feet. Seating for 24 – 30 people.
•The building is accessible to the disabled.
•Display space – Three glass fronted display cases are available for use and can be locked.
•high speed Internet access in all areas
•computer workstations with various software (inquire as to number and software type)
•projection equipment available (inquire as to type)

Community group meeting spaces are available at several of our library branches when not in use for library programs. Please inquire for availability ( New Glasgow (902)752-8233).

Glasgow Square Theatre

Glasgow Square Theatre opened its doors in September of 2001.
Sitting on the edge of the East River Glasgow Square was built as a venue for community gatherings, events and attractions, and as a permanent home for the
New Glasgow Riverfront Jubilee. Glasgow Square is a unique, indoor/outdoor amphitheatre which provides year-round entertainment on the riverfront.
Glasgow Square presents a wide variety of the performing arts – contemporary music, comedy, dance, live theatre and more. In addition to presenting national
and international touring acts, Glasgow Square also puts a strong emphasis on regional and local performers

deCoste Centre

400 seat performing arts centre in Pictou. Nova Scotia. Annually presents upwards of 100 shows and events. Seating is fully movable so the venue can be configured to suit virtually any event. While our core product is musical, theatre and variety performances, we also host trade shows, film events, weddings, meetings, conferences, awards events etc.
